Preliminary Verification. This is carried out by the Compliance Anti-Money Laundering Officer. Only the passport needs to be provided. The verification process takes one working day.
Submission of Documents. Once the complete set of documents is prepared, it is submitted to the Department of Citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Due Diligence. A mandatory verification of the applicant’s background. This includes an interview, which every investor must attend. If necessary, officers may request an interview with any family members over the age of 16 applying for citizenship. The interview is conducted via video call, and there is no need to visit the islands in person. The interview is conducted in English, but a translator can be provided if necessary.
